Cancellation Policy
At HANDS DOWN HAIR , we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. Please provide a 24 hour cancelation, to avoid cancelation fees, no show fees, and/or deposits for rescheduling. Fees and deposits consist of 50% of scheduled services. Deposits are non refundable unless authorized by service provider and are subject to processing & refund fees.
All sales of any kind (service, retail & gift cards) are final. NO REFUNDS. We ask that if changes to the service need to be made, they are addressed within one hour of the completion of service; thereafter services are finalized.
